All candidates are interviewed by one or more senior team members to explore their background, competencies and interest in the role. We also provide a complimentary psychometric assessment of shortlisted candidates which shows a clear, holistic image of that individual and digs deep into their leadership DNA. Offer & negotiation
The Executive Search team is experienced in the mediation of job offers and assisting clients and candidates to reach a conclusion that works for all parties. A full client report will be shared with you at the end of the assignment.
The process doesn't stop at headhunting. We work in collaboration with you to assist your new executive in crafting a plan to integrate into the business successfully. Also through the first 90 days, our consultants gather and share feedback on the first impressions the executive is creating during that time at your organisation.
