Graham Poll, Business Manager – KSA
As the Business Manager for Hays’ Saudi Arabia division, Graham partners with organisations from a variety of industry sectors to provide for them a bespoke recruitment solution based on their individual business needs.
Originally from the UK, Graham has 11+ years recruitment experience across both the European and Middle Eastern markets. During this time, he has built a strong track record for implementing recruitment solutions for clients on both a contingent and campaign basis.

Jon is the practice head in MENA for Hays Executive - the headhunting arm of Hays plc, specialising in executive search and selection that addresses the need for inspirational leadership. With over 20 years in the recruitment industry he has gained vast experience across a broad range of sectors. Jon joined Hays in 1997 and prior to relocating to Dubai in 2008, he managed 3 offices in the West Yorkshire region of the UK.
