Your new role

• Key Responsibilities for this position include;

• Assemble and lead a high-performing operational resilience team

• Architect and implement comprehensive contingency plans and procedures

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

• Continuously test, refine, and enhance operational resilience capabilities

• Foster collaboration with business units to ensure effective crisis response
  Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory mandates

• In-depth knowledge of information security and resilience frameworks

• Proficiency in chaos engineering and IT infrastructure management
  Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and network technologies

What you'll need to succeed

• You will need to be strategic thinker with a passion for ensuring business continuity.

• Proven track record in operational resilience with 12+ years of experience, including ideally 5+ years in a leadership role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced degree in computer science or related field
