Your new role

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

• Technical Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems to provide technical support, conduct site assessments, and recommend appropriate products and services.

• Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of service contracts, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service to meet client expectations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive HVAC Knowledge: At least 5 years of experience in HVAC systems, with a strong understanding of both technical and sales aspects.

• Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the HVAC industry, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Customer Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on providing tailored HVAC solutions.

• Technical Proficiency: Background in mechanical engineering or a related field, with the ability to conduct site assessments and recommend appropriate products and services.
