The Personal Assistant to the Chairman is responsible for managing the daily personal matters of the Chairman, ensuring a seamless integration of personal and professional life to enable the Chairman to focus on his duties.

Position Summary
The Personal Assistant to the Executive Chairman is responsible for managing the daily personal affairs of the Executive Chairman, ensuring that both personal and professional responsibilities are addressed efficiently. This position serves as a critical support function, enabling the Executive Chairman to focus on high-level decision-making and strategic priorities by managing personal tasks and providing comprehensive administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar and Schedule Management
O Manage the Executive Chairman’s personal calendar, scheduling appointments, family commitments, and social engagements.
o Coordinate travel arrangements for personal trips, ensuring all logistics are organized effectively.
o Book all (FLIGHTS) Business and Personal Travels for the Executive Chairman and Family
2. Communication Management
o Act as the primary point of contact for personal communications, screening calls, emails, and messages to ensure that important matters are prioritised.
o Maintain clear and timely communication with family, friends, and other personal contacts of the Executive Chairman.
3. Event Coordination
o Organise and coordinate personal events, such as family gatherings, celebrations, and social functions, including logistics, guest lists, and catering.
o Handle RSVP management and follow up with guests for events hosted by the Executive Chairman and his family.
4. Household Management
o Oversee tasks related to the Executive Chairman's personal residence, including coordinating with household staff for day-to-day operations and maintenance.
o Ensure that the household is well-maintained and that all necessary supplies are stocked.
5. Financial Management
o Assist with the management of personal bills, receipts, and expenses, ensuring that payments are made on time and records are kept organized.
o Liaise with financial advisors or accountants regarding personal finances when necessary.
6. Errands and Personal Tasks
o Run personal errands as required, such as shopping, picking up items, or arranging personal appointments (e.g., medical appointments, car maintenance).
o Provide support for any personal projects or initiatives that the Executive Chairman may undertake.
7. Health and Wellness Management
o Schedule and coordinate appointments related to health and wellness, including medical check-ups and fitness activities.
o Monitor overall well-being and encourage the Executive Chairman to maintain a balanced lifestyle amidst his professional commitments.
8. Confidentiality and Discretion
o Handle all personal matters with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, respecting the privacy of the Executive Chairman and his family at all times.
o Ensure sensitive information is securely managed and communicated appropriately.
Qualifications
• Experience: Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, supporting high-level executives, ideally in a corporate or private setting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
o Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
o Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
o Proficiency in office software and digital tools for scheduling and communication.

Working Conditions
