Our global client are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to lead our product team as the Head of Product for their B2B online gaming platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product strategy and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Product Strategy - Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market trends. Drive product innovation to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
• Team Leadership - Build, coach, and lead a high-performing product team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and excellence.
• Communication and Sales - Act as a key interface between our company and clients, showcasing a strong ability to communicate product value and negotiate successful deals.
• Marketing - Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective product marketing strategies that promote our products and engage our target audience.

What you'll need to succeed

Key requirements/Qualifications include:

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role as Head of Product.
• Proven track record of building and leading successful product teams.
• Extensive network and connections within the Asian market.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
