Your new role


The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth, elevate brand presence, and engage our target audience across multiple channels. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand development, market research, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, a passion for innovative marketing tactics, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.

  • Oversee the evolution and consistency of the brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Ensure that all marketing communications reflect the company’s vision, values, and unique selling propositions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and overall business goals.
  • Identify and target key audience segments, including homebuyers, investors, and commercial property clients.
  • Create and manage campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, events, etc.) to maximise brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to adapt and refine marketing strategies.
  • Utilise analytics and reporting tools to track campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.
  • Drive innovation in digital campaigns to ensure the company is at the forefront of emerging trends and technology.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in real estate or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with measurable results in brand growth and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Deep knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, customer behaviours, and competition.
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing tools and platforms (e.g., MLS, real estate listing services, property portals).
