- Oversee the evolution and consistency of the brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
- Ensure that all marketing communications reflect the company’s vision, values, and unique selling propositions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and overall business goals.
- Identify and target key audience segments, including homebuyers, investors, and commercial property clients.
- Create and manage campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, events, etc.) to maximise brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to adapt and refine marketing strategies.
- Utilise analytics and reporting tools to track campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.
- Drive innovation in digital campaigns to ensure the company is at the forefront of emerging trends and technology.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in real estate or a related industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with measurable results in brand growth and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Deep knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, customer behaviours, and competition.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing tools and platforms (e.g., MLS, real estate listing services, property portals).
