Direct Investment Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Investment Director and play an integral role in evaluating and executing strategic investments across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation and execution
Of direct investment opportunities across multiple industries. - Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence
On potential investments. - Prepare investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for the Investment Committee.
- Monitor portfolio performance
And assist in implementing value-creation initiatives. - Collaborate with external advisors on deal structuring, negotiations, and legal documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- CFA designation is mandatory.
- 2–4 years of experience in direct investments, private equity, corporate development, or investment banking.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
- Solid understanding of venture capital, growth equity, and M&A dynamics.
- Candidates must come from
Investment banking, established private equity firms/capital firms, or sovereign wealth funds (SWFs) background.
