Senior Solutions Sales Head - KSA
We have an immediate opening for a Senior Sales Solutions Head to join our growing team in the Middle East.
This role will be part of the Middle East Sales team and will oversee an assigned territory. Our ideal candidate is a business development professional who has a strong technical foundation in Analytics consultancy with 5 years’ hands-on delivery experience, proven presales engagements in Analytics and preferably initial sales or account management experience.

Core Functions:
- Manage an assigned territory to build a solid pipeline for sales of consultancy, training and licences to meet personal sales quota;
- Work closely with other Sales Managers in the Middle East and the Account Executives of our Analytics and Technology Partners (SAP, Corporater, Microsoft, Snowflake, Dataiku, etc.) on growth objectives in order to maximise revenue;
- Cover end-to-end sales cycle (pipeline management, qualification, presales, proposal preparation, negotiation and closure) as well as subsequent account management (periodic follow-ups and escalations);
- Actively engage with the Middle East management team to develop new solutions and go-to-market strategies in line with the growth strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Analytics & Technology Partners (SAP, Corporater, Microsoft, Snowflake, Dataiku, etc.) to identify target markets, go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns and sales execution with partner account executives, sales specialists and inside sales teams;
- Generate Net New Names for the Middle East region and manage customer renewals;
- Perform end-to-end sales activities on target accounts and negotiate sales prices and discounts;
- Coordinate and select proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results;
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams for assigned territory and work in close collaboration with the Global Sales Director and Global Operations Director to provide input and guidance on resourcing needs for committed projects;
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop brand and demand generation campaigns for our core markets and actively participate in their execution.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A technical background in Engineering or IT, or a business background with the ability to learn and explain technical concepts with ease;
- Proven experience in the implementation of analytics projects, preferably SAP Analytics (SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud, …) or comparable enterprise BI/Analytics solutions (Cognos, MicroStrategy, Qlik, Tableau, Azure, …)
- Experience in presales with creation of demos/POCs and customer presentations based on requirements;
- Experience developing proposals for services and licence sales;
- Solid functional understanding of line of business processes (Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing, etc.) as well as multiple industry-specific processes
- Initial sales experience for an analytics consultancy is preferred, but not absolutely necessary.

- Ability to communicate comfortably with C-level executives and IT decision makers;
- Ability to handle objections with confidence and negotiate a positive outcome;
- Operate at a fluent level in written & verbal English and Arabic
- Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions in order to achieve sales targets;
- Multitasking, coordinating multiple new opportunities and renewals throughout the sales cycle;
- Self-learner, interest and ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.
Work Environment Requirements:
- Driver’s Licence;
- 100% available for regular travel within Middle East countries;
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment;
- Ability to multitask with a variety of customers and projects.
