VP - Real Estate Investments for an Investment Firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Hays have partnered up with one of the largest capital market regulated investment firms in Saudi Arabia to assist them in hiring a VP of Real Estate Investments.

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate investments, with strong knowledge of development and income-generating funds and must be well versed in CMA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned real estate funds and ensure strategic alignment with the Head of Real Estate Investments.
  • Manage development and income – generating funds. This includes cash flow oversight, project progression and resolving legal/construction obstacles.
  • Executive financial modelling, exit waterfall calculations and sensitivity analysis.
  • Report on financial performance of real estate investments.
  • Ensure absolute compliance with CMA regulations.
  • Collaborate with the legal team on leasing, property management, and development-oriented documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in real estate investments/asset management, including development experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or related
  • CME -1/CME -4 certifications are mandatory. RICS, CAIA or CFA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of real estate asset management, CMA regulations, finance principles, deal structures, leasing and property operations in Saudi Arabia
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
