We are seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to act as a key technical resource and evangelist for our products in the KSA market. This is a presales role where you will be responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to potential clients, helping them understand how our solutions can address their business objectives. You'll work closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and design the best solution architecture for complex enterprise environments. Beyond the sale, you will also participate in post-sales activities to ensure customer adoption and success, and to identify opportunities for future expansion.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and troubleshooting (e.g., Ubuntu, RedHat).
• Knowledge of web protocols and security.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic (multidialectal) and English.
