Strategy Manager – Government Clients

• Lead and manage consulting engagements, ensuring alignment with client strategy and objectives.
• Develop and implement organisational planning frameworks, including business operating models and PMO structures (SMO & P3O).
• Design and monitor KPIs and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
• Mobilise new projects, troubleshoot existing ones, and capture client feedback.
• Conduct benchmarking, gap analysis, and business case development.
• Map organisational structures and identify operational efficiencies.
• Facilitate workshops and build relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Deliver strategic plans and performance improvement initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis, cost modelling, and performance benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with PMO frameworks and best practices.
• Manage project tools, data integrity, testing, and operational transitions.
• Provide training and coaching to client management and internal teams.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and corrective actions.
• Stay current with industry trends (e.g., AI, emerging technologies) and share insights.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, presentations, and networking.
• Collaborate internally to enhance methodologies and tools.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster professional development
What you'll need to succeed
• 8+ years (Associate Manager) or 10+ years (Manager) in strategy or management consulting.
• Proven success in delivering strategic and program advisory projects for government clients.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint (including graphical storytelling).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic fluency is a plus).
• Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Client-focused mindset with a track record of building long-term relationships.
