Your new role
As a Pre Sales Solution Engineer for a FinTech company, you will be responsible for conducting demonstrations related to the software product in a simple and effective manner, working alongside the production team and making sure Technical Proposals are well written and replying to RFP's. You will maintain a good network with clients, making sure sales territories are scaling as well as learning about new technologies and innovation. In addition to this, you will also actively generate leads for potential customers, be attentive to customer needs and collaborate to recommend new customer solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in Financial Services is required.
- You will need to have previous experience in Pre Sales while working as a Solution Engineer.
- Previous experience in Software development or Architecture is a must.
- In addition to this, you will need to have great customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Arabic speakers preferred
