Hays is partnering with a leading institution prominent in the real estate space to hire a
Senior Investment Associate (Real Estate).
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join a prestigious organisation and play a key role in asset management, financial analysis, and strategic planning across multiple asset classes, contributing to value enhancement and long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Track and analyse operational and financial performance of real estate assets (residential, commercial, retail, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain asset-level financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario analysis).
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting.
  • Monitor leasing activity, occupancy, rental income, operating costs, and capital expenditure.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Provide insights on asset-level performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking for asset repositioning and leasing strategies.
  • Support asset disposition, refinancing, or restructuring activities.
  • Liaise with property managers, leasing agents, and service providers for efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Investments, Development, Legal, Finance) for asset-level initiatives.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate asset management or investment roles.
  • CFA Level I or II is highly preferred.
  • Advanced financial modelling and Excel proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals (leasing, operations, asset lifecycle).
  • Excellent communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex transactions independently.
