QA/QC Manager

Your New Role
As QA/QC Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the highest quality and compliance standards throughout the lifecycle of industrial gas storage projects. Your role will include:
  • Developing, managing, and executing quality assurance and control plans specific to the construction and commissioning of industrial gas storage tanks.
  • Leading quality audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure all work meets client specifications, international standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating with project managers, engineering teams, and subcontractors to ensure quality procedures are integrated at every project phase.
  • Reviewing and approving quality documentation including ITPs, material certifications, and welding procedures.
  • Managing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Providing training and mentoring to QA/QC teams on-site and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you must bring:
  • Extensive experience as a QA/QC Manager in the construction of industrial gas storage or similar critical infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of international QA/QC standards (ISO, ASME, API, etc.) and relevant codes for pressure vessels and tank construction.
  • A proven track record managing quality teams and delivering compliance across large-scale, technically demanding projects.
  • Familiarity with commissioning and handover processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline) and relevant QA/QC certifications.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
