The Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead the Product Development function at the forefront of innovation. You’ll oversee technical project management, drive strategic planning, and ensure the delivery of excellence across AI initiatives.

What you'll be doing:
  • Define and execute the product development strategy in alignment with the AI & Advanced Technologies business unit.
  • Lead change management and continuous improvement across systems, processes, and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards while delivering high-quality, cost-effective results.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, performance, and development within the team.
What we're looking for:
  • Proven leadership in product development (AI Product preferred) and technical project management.
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and strategic planning.
  • Experience in regulated industries and alignment with national frameworks.
  • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.

  • Salary: SAR 60–70K/month + Bonus + Benefits
