We are currently assisting one of the region’s leading commercial law firms with their search for a Legal Billing Supervisor to join their well-established team in Dubai
Your new role
Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for looking after the billing function, leading and managing a team of billing specialists who are responsible for sending invoices to clients and collecting payments, generate WIP reports, generate reports for partners and requirements as per the billing cycle, monitor and update the billing trackers, prepare partners’ billing packages, create billing schedules and verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation.

- Prepare Billing Packages
- Verify Rate Settlement
- Monitor Discounts and Cap
- Assist in ad-hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position the candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor’s in accounting or finance related subjects, any additional certificates or degrees are an asset (ACCA, CMA, CPA etc.) Candidate must haves:
- Experience working in a similar role in a law firm
- Team management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – Excel
- Strong Communication skills and ability to work in a team
