Your new role


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sponsorship to lead and oversee the development and execution of our sponsorship strategy. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key sponsorship relationships, and creating high-impact partnerships that align with the company’s goals and values. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a passion for cultivating long-term relationships.

  • Lead the end-to-end process for securing and negotiating sponsorship deals, including sponsorship packages, contracts, and pricing.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key sponsors, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Identify new potential sponsors and create tailored sponsorship proposals.
  • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to drive revenue and brand awareness.
  • Identify and prioritise sponsorship opportunities that align with the company’s mission, target audience, and growth objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to stay ahead of sponsorship opportunities.
  • Oversee the execution of sponsorship activations and events to ensure maximum engagement and visibility.
  • Collaborate with event teams to ensure sponsorships are integrated seamlessly into events and activations.

What you'll need to succeed


  • At least 8–10 years of experience in sponsorship, partnership management, or sales, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and securing high-value sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Experience working in tourism is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and reporting on sponsorship ROI.
