Hays is supporting a prominent government-backed capital firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to hire a
Fund Investment Associate. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic investments in private equity and venture capital.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the evaluation of fund investment opportunities in venture capital and private equity.
  • Conduct fund due diligence including track record analysis, team assessment, and strategy review.
  • Assist in portfolio monitoring, reporting, and performance analytics.
  • Prepare investment reports, benchmarking, and market research.
  • Contribute to investment memos and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
  • Coordinate with fund managers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with fund managers and external advisors.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and Fund investments
  • 2–4 years of experience in asset management, SWFs, fund-of-funds, or established private equity firms.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
  • Excellent research, communication, and presentation skills.
