Hays is partnered with a leading FMCG business in Saudi Arabia to recruit an FP&A Manager based in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial planning and analysis expertise, strategic insight, and the adaptability required to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic organisational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, providing insights into business performance and key financial metrics
• Analyse variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts, identifying drivers and recommending corrective actions
• Support business strategy by providing financial models, scenario analysis, and decision support to senior management
• Partner with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams to monitor KPIs and drive financial accountability throughout the organisation
• Develop and implement financial planning tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to improve decision-making
• Lead ad hoc financial analysis and projects, including investment appraisals, cost optimisation, and business case development
• Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar; professional certification is also preferred (CFA, CPA, CMA)
• 7+ years of experience within the Finance function
• FMCG/ Pharmaceuticals/ Trading & Distribution industry experience is preferred
• Proven track record in financial modelling, forecasting, and management reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/BI systems
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
