The Finance Director is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company and its sister and holding company’s operations, including accounting and
Controls, financial analysis, investment evaluations, and regulatory reporting. In addition, he will act as strategic partner to evaluate and give advice to the executive committee on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs, policies, and business solutions. The Finance Director provides the CEO with advice on strategic financial decisions, assists all departments’ managers in improving their budgeting processes, and is responsible for generating a cash flow projection process that satisfies operating needs. The Finance Director reports directly to the CEO and has full responsibility for directing the finance and accounting departments’ heads.

Your new role

• Produce a monthly financial report with related presentation.

• Manage the yearly budget and forecasts and assist in the business plan process.

• Risk management and internal control strategies.

• Developing robust financial plans, identifying and resolving financial issues and efficiency savings.

• Creating, coordinating, and evaluating the financial programs

• Overseeing the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry.

• Developing and implementing finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.

• Establishing and maintaining appropriate internal control safeguards

• Providing consultative financial support to the finance division and department managers and assisting them in their planning and budgeting initiatives.

• Leading and providing financial support to enlist the organisation for the IPO.

• Provide professional mentoring and coaching for finance and accounting staff.

• Design, review and ensure compliance of the accounting PPM.
