About the Role:

• Role involves leading the development and execution of the Group financial strategy
• Advise the MD and Board on financial performance, capital allocation, and risk across design–build contracting, long-term O&M and managed services, and new digital platforms for venues and smart infrastructure.
• Evaluate and structure JV's, acquisitions, and new business investments to optimise returns and align with Vision 2030 opportunities
• ‘Hands on’ Finance leadership, operational and pragmatic day by day mindset balancing strategical approach
• End to end finance responsibility: Group Controlling, Treasury, Tax, BL FP&A, and Internal Audit & Controls, ensuring robust financial governance and financials integrity across all JVs.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, monthly and quarterly reporting, and cash management across all of the business
