Your New Role
As Director of Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering the company’s luxury hospitality and residential projects across Saudi Arabia. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of iconic, large-scale projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, time, cost, and safety.
  • Developing and managing project strategies, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and consultants.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, local standards, and international best practices.
  • Driving innovation and excellence in design, engineering, and project management to achieve exceptional results.
  • Contributing to the strategic growth of the consultancy’s presence and market position in Saudi Arabia.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Extensive experience in project management, with a focus on luxury hospitality and residential developments.
  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects within a consultancy or contractor environment, ideally with Tier 1 clients.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects and large teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of local regulations, quality standards, and project delivery methodologies in the Middle East.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong client-facing presence.
  • A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, with relevant professional qualifications.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous).
