Cost Accounting Manager

Hays are supporting a multi-billion dollar Real Estate development project to find a Cost Accounting Manager

The project is at pre-planning stage and requires a technically strong Cost professional to manage the crucial Cost Management Function.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Cost experience on large Real Estate or Construction projects

  • Experience managing the day-to-day Cost Function, including costing, budgeting and control, cost exercises and analysis, and managing the cost management cycle

  • Knowledge and understanding of good organization, planning and management required

  • Educated in Finance or Accountancy
