To perform the day-to-day activities in Talent Acquisition

Your new role
You will need to source and interview candidates, and start the hiring process as per the defined policy and procedure. Meet managers and provide the best service in a timely manner to support the department’s objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.
Min 6-7 years of experience, ideally both agency & inhouse roles – you will need to have managed 360 recruitment – from sourcing candidates directly, preparing the pipeline, managing the interview & selection process, managing stakeholders independently, issuing and negotiating offers etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Smart, switched on, can adapt easily and can work with little supervision.
MS Office skills.
