You will be working for a well-known manufacturing company in the Eastern Province, KSA.
You will support the human resources department through the management, administration, analysis, and action planning of compensation, benefits, and the HRIS System. This position also serves as a strategic partner to support compensation and benefit strategies to ensure organizational effectiveness. This position will work collaboratively with internal and external resources to develop, implement and improve compensation and benefit processes to enhance talent retention and attraction.
It is a new role and an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate with a proven background in Compensation and Benefits Management and Strategy. You must have previous experience at Managerial level.
