Your new company
This will be working for a multinational Investment company who provide tailored investment solutions. This position will be based at their Riyadh office.

Your new role
The Client Service's team support internal teams and Relationship Managers. As a Client Service Associate, it will be you're responsibility to provide a range of administrative support to these colleagues.

Respond to Relationship Manager’s queries in a systemised, timely, and professional manner
• Respond to direct Relationship Manager queries through the RM app
• Provide support in resolving client complaints
• Control & process share transfer and sale of investment requests
• Review selected client financial statements
• Manage and report non TFO client accounts

Manage Relationship Manager queries and requests with respective departments relating to:
• Ongoing KYC supporting documentation updates
• Updating client documentation and contact details
Review and approve client orders in liaison with front and back offices, including:
• Initial or additional subscription orders for liquid and illiquid funds
• Full or partial redemption requests for capital calls or Zakat
• Rollover requests
• Standing orders
• Client onboarding activities
• Account closure activities

Support in:
• App development and routine update
• Firm-wide strategic initiatives relating to client servicing
• Management in business plan development periodically
• Closing audit recommendations

What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5 years Financial Services experience - preferably at a multinational organisation.
- At least 2 years in a Client Service position.
- This role has brilliant future development opportunities so the ideal candidate will have previous operational and management experience.
- Strong skills in MS Office
- Brilliant communication skills
- Must be an Arabic speaker

• Extensive skills in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) to perform analysis and prepare presentations
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills with a strong attention to detail
• Good time and project management skills
• Ability to produce quality work accurately and thoroughly under pressure
• Ability to work independently in a multitasking environment
• Thorough knowledge of the firm’s products and operations to address client and internal queries
• Critical problem-solving skills• Extensive skills in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) to perform analysis and prepare presentations
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills with a strong attention to detail
• Good time and project management skills
