Hays have partnered with a growing Holding Group who are looking to recruit a
Senior Executive of Accounts and Administration
to join their office in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense reports
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
- Handle and coordinate with bankers to manage the accounts and facility
- Oversee office operations and administrative support
- Liaise with service providers, vendors, and building management
- Support HR-related admin tasks (visas, medicals, insurance coordination)
- Manage company-related matters with DMCC, including license renewals, updates, and documentation
- Liaise with DMCC and government authorities for corporate and employee affairs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DMCC regulations and processes
- Prepare and maintain board resolutions and minutes of meetings
- Assist with corporate filings, license renewals, and record-keeping
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards
To apply for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a similar field
- Minimum 4+ years' experience working across Accountancy
and
Administration including bookkeeping, accounting and office management. - Strong English communication skills
- Knowledge of DMCC regulations is a strong advantage
