Investment Associate with diversified transaction experience.

Hays are currently supporting a diversified investment holding company with their search for an Investment Associate to join their operations in the UAE.

The Investment Associate plays a critical role in supporting the execution of the firm's investment strategy by conducting in-depth research, financial analysis, and due diligence. They will also help to develop more junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deal execution and support
- Conducting market research and analysis
- Building high-quality presentations and reports
- Portfolio management and strategic planning

Candidate requirements:
- CFA Charterholder with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial modelling, valuations, and due diligence processes.
