We are currently looking for an Analytics Lead to join a newly established Data Analytics division, for a highly reputed Real Estate client in Dubai.

2 key areas of responsibility for the position
Reporting: Improving, controlling, and delivering business reporting and analysis.
Insights: Lead data analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights. Oversee the development of reports and dashboards.

Technical skills needed
Hands-on and overseeing; statistics, performance management, data analysis, reporting, data visualisation, BI tools, incentive management and compensation. Bring experience of how various areas of technology can influence, improve and drive performance through better data-driven changes.

We are looking for someone who has experience managing a team of BI professionals and ideally extensive experience in Data Analytics within the industry. You should be able to have a record of developing and implementing successful BI and analytic-driven projects.
