Assistant HR Manager to work with the HR Director assisting with day-to-day operations

Your new role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – HR Operations and Administration to oversee critical administrative and human resource functions.
  • Recruitment:
    • Support the recruitment process for the organisation, from job postings to candidate selection.
    • Assist in candidate assessment and onboarding for new employees.
    • Work with HRBP to create and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Administration:
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
    • Introduce new ideas to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
    Government Liaison:
    • Handle all government-related processes, including visa and immigration procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, government regulations, and health and safety standards.
    • Liaise with government agencies for permits, trade licences, renewals, and other official documentation.
    What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered, you will require a minimum of 7 years' experience in HR Administration at a supervisory level.
