Your new role:
- Drive product strategy across markets to ensure achievement of both top-line and bottom-line targets.
- Lead three-year product planning aligned with HQ’s product and technology roadmap, incorporating market trends and insights.
- Manage and guide the team in collaboration with distributors to execute product marketing initiatives, including product benchmarking, value chain and pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, product efficiency enhancements, innovation development, inventory management, and sell-out performance.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for the arts and a willingness to explore innovative marketing approaches
