Your new role
As the Director of Design Development, you will report into the Chief Development Officer and be responsible for leading & overseeing the design execution of the luxury hospitality project. The Director of Design Development will also be responsible for managing all external clients.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the Director of Design Development position in Dubai, UAE candidates will possess the following:
- 10+ years of experience
- Prior experience completing a luxury hospitality or luxury residential project
- Strong understanding of luxury design principles
- Bachelors Degree in the field of Architecture, Interior Design or related field
- Proficiency in design software and tools
- Proven track record of delivering projects in the GCC region, preferably the UAE
- This client is very open to Senior Managers who are ready to step into a Director level position.
