Hays, the world’s leading recruiting experts in qualified, professional and skilled people, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
The business began its life in 1968, based in a small office in London with just a handful of employees. The company is now a FTSE 250 business, operating out of 250 offices, across 33 countries and with over 10,000 employees.

On average, Hays conducts 45,000 face-to-face interviews every month and fills 1,000 jobs around the world every working day. To build such scale, the company has invested heavily in its workforce, as well as embracing evolving technologies and digital platforms, including partnerships with Google, SEEK, Xing and LinkedIn - with over 2 million followers on the social networking site. Hays is also the Official Recruitment Partner of Manchester City FC and Manchester City’s Women’s FC.

Hays Middle East
Within the Middle East, Hays first launched in 2005 and from its offices in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, it employs over 40 recruitment consultants, specialising across 18 different industries. Chris Greaves, Managing Director of the region comments:
