Founded in 1987, Hotel Dynamics was once a regional business managed from Australia. In 2002 the Cendant Corporation purchased the company, which then became a business unit of RCI. Today, Hotel Dynamics is part of the Wyndham Worldwide group of companies, alongside brands such as RCI, Avis, Galileo and Trust International. It is headquartered in Parsippany, N.J. and has regional offices in Africa, Asia, Australia, Middle East, Europe, India and Latin America.
