As part of this latest research, we surveyed over 600 working professionals based in the Gulf region to find out the main reasons why they would consider switching employer.

Key findings:

  • Salary is only the third main reason why employees would choose to leave their current organisation
  • 33% of working professionals in the Gulf region have no regular/annual performance appraisal
  • 66% have had no role-specific training in the past 12 months
  • The greatest proportion (38%) of working professionals in the Gulf like to stay with an employer for more than 5 years
