The research is completely anonymous, with findings used to inform the 2018 Hays Diversity and Inclusion Reports, published later this year, giving valuable insights into how D&I is approached by various organisations in the GCC region.
Examining 5 key factors which are instrumental to supporting D&I in the workplace, this research will be released accordingly as a series of five mini reports, each covering:
1. Actions for leaders
2. Capture and interpretation of data
3. Workplace culture
4. Inclusive talent attraction strategies
5. Career management for retention and development
